Messe Friedrichshafen
The exhibition site next to Lake Constance has gained a unique reputation in recent years. No matter whether the topic is land, sea or air - the trade fairs and exhibitions at Friedrichshafen play a major role in the European trade fair scene. Five of the events held in Friedrichshafen - AERO, OutDoor, EUROBIKE, INTERBOOT and FAKUMA - belong to the UFI, the International Trade Fair Association.






Zeppelin Museum Friedrichshafen
With 43,000 sq. ft. of exhibition area, the Zeppelin Museum Friedrichshafen presents the world’s greatest repository of objects on the history of airship flight and technology, ranging from its very beginning up to the new Zeppelin NT.
The museum is housed in the former Harbour Railway Station located on the promenade of the lake Constance. The extensive art collection shown at the upper floor demonstrates works of art of the Lake Constance region from the Middle Ages to the present day.



Kunstverein Friedrichshafen (at the Zeppelin Museum)
Founded in 1983, the "Kunstverein Friedrichshafen" sees its task in stimulating the discussion about different positions of contemporary art by exhibitions and events.
The main emphasis is put on art that is still unsafe, experimental and provocative.



Cultural Foundation of ZF Friedrichshafen AG
To celebrate its 75th anniversary, ZF Friedrichshafen AG established a cultural foundation. It was set up with the purpose of promoting art and culture. The foundation supports artists, institutions and people involved in cultural activities who by virtue of their commitment to their work enhance and shape cultural life in the region of Lake Constance.
The foundation supports only charitable projects from the various sectors of the cultural scene: literature and theatre are represented alongside the fine arts and music. The selection of projects is in the hands of a five-member Board of Trustees/Curatory.



Luftfahrtmuseum Nordholz
The  AERONAUTICUM  is located on the site of  a naval air station  which used to be  the largest airship base  during  World War I.
Touring a hall designed by Professor Hans Scharoun visitors can see airships and find out about the history of naval and civilian aviation as well as about the role which the airship base in Nordholz played in the past.
Additionally, models and original technical components are on permanent display in the hall. The exhibits shown here represent an important cross section of aviation history.
Visitors to the museum can also enjoy films and lectures, photos and other documents informing them about technical developments and operations in naval and civilian aviation. The permanent exhibits are complemented by changing exhibitions which are staged regularly.



Luftfahrtmuseum Hannover
On 3500 square meter exhibition surface, in 2 halls, almost 4000 exhibits, beneath it 35 real airplanes, 400 airplane models, over 20 piston motors, jet engines, pilot clothing, books, documents, carriages, motor vehicles and things of the daily requirement.
Absolute highlights are: Original Spitfire of the Royal Airforce as only specimen in a German museum, the representation of the salvage of 4 Ju 52 at the polar circle in the summer 1986 as well as the project 2000, the salvage and restoration of a Focke Wulf L.G. 190 A from the Cheiner moorland near Salzwedel.
Declared target of the museum and the members of the promotion association is to maintain and constantly develop a place for the representation of the history of aviation.
